By accessing or using discontinuedweddingdresses.com (the "Site"), operated by Ivory Archive ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Ivory Archive is an online catalog showcasing discounted designer wedding gowns from our own inventory. The Site is a browsing and discovery experience: when you choose to buy a gown, the purchase is completed through our closet on Poshmark (poshmark.com/closet/ivorydresses). We ship anywhere in the United States.

Gowns are pre-owned, sample, or discontinued designer pieces and are sold in the condition described on each listing. We work hard to keep photos, descriptions, sizes, prices, and availability accurate and up to date — our catalog is synchronized with our Poshmark closet daily. However:

• Availability can change at any time; a gown shown on the Site may sell on Poshmark before the next sync.
• The price and terms shown on the Poshmark listing at the time of purchase are the ones that apply to your order.
• We may correct errors and update or withdraw listings at any time without notice.

All orders, payments, shipping, and returns are handled by Poshmark under Poshmark's Terms of Service and the Posh Protect buyer-protection program. In short: you have 3 days from delivery to report an item that arrives not as described; returns are not accepted for fit or change of mind. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains the details.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content or images in bulk without permission.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent yourself in a transaction.

The Site's design, text, and curation are owned by Ivory Archive. Designer names, brand names, and gown photographs remain the property of their respective designers and rights holders and are used to identify and sell genuine pre-owned items. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use any of these materials.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that catalog information will always reflect real-time availability on Poshmark.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivory Archive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from transactions conducted on Poshmark. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

The Site links to Poshmark and uses third-party analytics and advertising tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ivory Archive is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
